Then you will be guided through a brief fitness assessment to provide information about your strengths and mobility.

Personalized Workout Plan
This is where the fun begins! Your workout plan will be designed specifically for you with your goals in mind. I will coach you through each exercise, ensuring proper form to prevent injury, stay on track, and maximize the benefits of the exercises. We will also focus on stretching, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
At the beginning and throughout your workout plan, you may choose to gain knowledge about your current muscle and fat composition using an InBody Scale. This helpful tool will allow you to track your progress and is a more accurate depiction of your overall health compared to a body weight only scale.

Nutrition Counseling
A healthy, balance nutrition plan is just as important (if not more) than exercise. We will discuss your current nutrition routine and create healthy habits that you will be able to maintain long term. Depending on your goals, we will have regular check-ins +/- a food diary that will help you stay accountable.

Stretching and Flexibility
As part of a total wellness plan, personalized stretching and flexibility coaching can be added in to your workout. Stretching and flexibility are key to muscle recovery, injury prevention, and increased range of motion. It is also a great stress reliever you can do at home and/or work!

InBody is a state-of-the-art body composition scale that focuses on whole body composition versus just weight. This helpful tool allows you to track and measure your skeletal muscle mass, body fat composition, and BMI.
