“I’ve been working with Kristin for a little over 1.5 yrs. I’ve enjoyed working out with her because she changes up our sessions so I don’t get bored or plateau, she ensures my form optimizes the exercise, and we can focus on key strength conditioning where I need it most. She is very accommodating to schedule adjustments due to work/life travel and ensures you know her availability as well. Often with trainers you get into the routine and find you can go out on your own, but I need the accountability and changing up of my routine that I just can’t get on my own. She’s also incredibly personable, so I look forward to having my sessions because it allows for a bit of “me time” in the company of a pro!”
